Delivery
- Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and costs $6.99. It is free on orders over $99.
- Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days for a flat $14.99.
- We pack orders on business days and email you as soon as yours is on its way.
Returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to return anything in its original condition and packaging.
- Phones need to come back with every accessory and signed out of any account lock, such as Find My or a Google account.
- Message us with your order number to start a return. Once it arrives, we refund you within 5 business days.
Warranty
- Phones, earbuds, headphones and watches are covered by the manufacturer warranty, and we are happy to help you start a claim.
- Solo branded cases, chargers, cables and power banks carry our own one-year warranty against defects.
Payment
- Pay on delivery: pay by card or cash when your order arrives.
- Bank transfer: we email our bank details after you order, and your order ships once the payment lands.
- Nothing is charged online, and all prices are in US dollars.
Privacy
- We use your name, address, email and phone number only to process and deliver your order and to answer your messages. We never sell your details.
- Our order and support emails use open and click tracking, so we can see whether important messages reach you.

Are your phones new and unlocked?
Yes. Every phone we sell is brand-new, sealed in its original box and unlocked, so it works with your carrier from day one.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and is free on orders over $99. Express delivery arrives in 1 to 2 business days for a flat fee you can see at checkout.
How do I pay?
Choose pay on delivery to pay by card or cash when your order arrives, or bank transfer and we will email you our bank details. Either way you get an order confirmation by email straight away.
Can I return something?
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything in its original condition and packaging. Message us with your order number and we will arrange it.
Do phones come with a warranty?
